Tell us what to cover next

EvryProduct grows in the order people ask for it to. If there is a category we do not cover yet, or a product you want matched and priced, telling us here is what moves it up the queue — a request counts as demand in the same way a search on the site does. Questions are welcome too, and so is anything that has not worked.

If you ask for a category

Requests are demand, and demand is what decides the order things get built in. The catalogue is grown one category at a time, and asking is the most direct way to move one forward.

If you name a product

It joins the queue to be matched against every merchant carrying it. Every product on the site is then re-checked on a 14-day cycle.

What we do with your message

We read it and answer it. We do not publish it, we do not add you to anything, and we do not pass it on.

We reply to messages that leave an address.

And if something has gone wrong

Tell us and we will put it right. Where a figure turns out to be wrong we correct it in place and leave a dated note saying what it used to say — we never quietly edit a number someone may already have relied on.
